Parker’s Vintage Fit T-Shirt is a comfy, unisex t-shirt that has a slimmer, vintage fit. With a variety of options, comfort and the practicality of such a simple top, it is sure to become a wardrobe staple year-round. This shirt includes both a v-neck and traditional crew neckline as well as 2 different sleeve lengths (which you can be layered together for third sleeve option) and an optional pocket. You can use a variety of knit fabrics for the body and sleeves, as long as they have 30% or more stretch and use cotton Lycra jersey or rib knit with 60% or more stretch for the neck bindings. The unisex children’s pattern comes in 19 sizes from newborn to 18 youth.

I just made this in a size 4. The size was true but I will maybe add an inch to the length next time. Sleeves were very long. But overall a very nice fit with a good neckline unlike others I had tried. Glad I purchased this

  I am glad you like it Karen! In testing we found that the kids body measurements varied a LOT, especially in arm length, even if they wore the same size, that is why we included so many finished measurements on the pattern. Many testers would make 1 size for the body but a shorter or longer sleeve etc. You can always compare the finished measurements to a shirt you like the fit of one them to help pick what size to make.
  
  The long sleeves on this pattern are designed to be a little longer then normal though, that way when they move around they aren’t 3/4 sleeve like a lot of the store bought ones. But we get that everyone has different preference on where their hems sit too.

This pattern is such a great fitting pattern! Other than some issues with the length of the neckband and having a little bit of minor gaping, this pattern is totally a hit. It’s become one of my staple, go-to patterns that never lets me down. My boys always look so sharp in these!

This pattern is my go to for my son! I use it for every shirt I make my son. I have never had any issues. I like to buy mens t-shirt and I cut them down and make them into shirts for him. Whenever someone asks for a boys pattern in Pdf sales group on fb I always suggest this one because it has such a large size range and that is what I love about it as well as the scoop neck and v-neck, short, 3/4, and long sleeve. I cannot say enough how much I love this pattern!!!!!
