Girl’s Timeless Pencil Skirt (2T-18 Tween) + Bonus 18″ Doll

The Timeless Pencil Skirt is a classic pencil skirt, with a higher natural waist and options for an extra high empire waist, made with comfortable knit fabrics. Instead of relying on just the stretch of the fabric for fit, we have shaped and drafted both the body and the waistband of the skirt to take into account the shape of girls bodies. This not only helps with the fit through the bottom, but it helps create a more even hem and also helps prevent the skirt from riding up when worn. We have two different waist heights, natural waist or empire waist, as well as two hem lengths, above or below the knee lengths for both options. There is also a contoured waistband to better fit most pear shapes and a yoga waistband for more apple shapes. Finally you can choose from a classic fit that is looser through the legs and knees or a fitted fit that hugs the legs more. We have also included an optional kick pleat to give a little more room through the knees when walking.

This pattern includes 12 girls sizes from 2T to 18 tween, with 2 waistbands, 2 different leg fits, 2 waist heights (rise), 2 hem lengths and an optional kick pleat. As well as a bonus 18” doll version!
